Hotel Kutch Desert

Room was good but no service available no telephone in room to contact reception! Reception refused to gave movile number and said everytime we have to come down to order simple thing as water! Flush and bathtub were not working ! Terrible experience

Ordered twin double bed room for 4 person but was given one room with single double bed which was terrible

Whole room was with cockroaches and no cleanliness in room & bathroom. Photos shown are of initial days. Currently, totally detoriating condition.

It was really nice stay and the owner was really helpful. Instant service. Neat and clean rooms. Good bedding. Really nice would recommend.

my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. the hygiene standards were appalling—bedsheets were visibly unclean, making it difficult to feel comfortable. the entire establishment had a shady vibe, which made the experience unsettling. to make matters worse, the services provided were far below expectations, especially considering the high price i paid. the lack of cleanliness and poor service made the stay feel like a waste of money. i would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Hotel does not have a kitchen/restaurant, i went out in night to have dinner. Tv in the room was not working even after doing a complaint and the cockroach in the room. Booked super deluxe room which was quite spacious but overall not worth it.

Property is in very bad condition, we had a lot of cockroaches in the room and washroom was very bad, please don't book in this hotel, even they are charging 30rs for water bottle mrp is 20rs, and hotel owner is very rude in terms of talking

Over all it's average hotel. But there is no water coming form the wash basin and wc chair cover also broken. This is not acceptable. Duwel is also without cover and bad linen also not changed. Bathroom dust-in also not empty. It's feel unhygienic.

Very bad experience hotel staff very rude behavior for customer and also not providing water bottle and shower kit

Arrogant staff (male) & misbehaving with coustomer at reception. Not attending phone calls and not giving proper information of extra charges before check-in. I complain about not receiving calls then i directly threaten by the hotel staff to search other hotel.

Please don't impress with photograph uploaded by owner, no wifi, bathroom full of cockroach, dental kit expired. Breakfast fix with on item only. Worst experience. Please find other hotels.

I visited with my partner but washroom including bathtube was not good as bathtube was broken it was not useable, and ac was also not working properly even tv was also not working in the room
