Good hotel, very cooperative staff. They extended all facilities as we stay at home. They have a good improvement plan further.

Bath room were untidy. Used towel was hanging in bath room. Wash basin and toilet seat not clean. No room boy to shift luggage. Lift capacity too small(only 2 persons at a time. Not taken

Property was nice n staff was cooperative. But service n maintenance was very average. Didn't got hot water for bath. Door locks were tight. There were spider webs all over the place in room. Overall good property but not properly maintained. Paid good amount but not worth it.

The hotel was new so very clean and well kept. The staff was very polite and helpful. Rooms are lavish and spacious. Daily housekeeping could be slightly better, but overall it was a great experience.

The hotel is awesome and the ambiance is too good and the service provides by staff also appreciate and i recommend this hotel for people who want peace in the city go to hotel presidential suites

Pathetic management and staff
They did not provide the room at all as they are saying there are no booking in your name and they don't recognise booking made by make my trip as per them mm t does overbooking to cater the last moment cancellation. And blaming that this is software glitch, booking is not visible to their so called system even after sharing the booking id provided by mm t via mail and whatsapp. Super disappointing. Strongly not recommended. @mmt please don't do business with such property as they will spoil trust that you have earned after so many years of service. Just to add, this particular property is managed by four young teenager, who don't have basic aticates to do the business and they have to learn how to behave, as they very fresh from the schools. All the best for the future customers of this particular property.

It’s a fantastic suit to stay for any family. They are building a restaurant as well soon coming up. Staff are very cooperative as well. Very very clean and neat.

Average Stay
This hotel is very newly built and very far from the city area. You don't get anything. No auto, no taxi nothing. Thanks to the receptionist who helped us manage to go to the city to rent activa there.
