Property was good.Village like homes.We didn't have electricity for half day on first day of our stay.We told them to clean the room but they didn't do that either.Need to make these changes for better experience

Good location, awesome food. The staff was giving good service. However, the toilets need revamp. The bhoonga i stayed, no hot water, the flush didn't work properly. Also they overbook and almost forced us to change the room. This should be avoided.

Good resort. We booked bhunga (bamboo hut, bed size was big, we were four (2kids, 2 adults)accommodate, it was convenient for us. Overall our experience is good

All over experience is very good and the property is well maintained. Breakfast is very good and service is good. The best part of stay is attractive cultural program at night.

The accommodation, a bhunga, which was given to us had a very bad smelling washroom. We raised the issue with them but nothing was done and an alternative was also not given. The smell was so bad that we had to check out one day earlier. Instead of three nights we stayed for two nights only. Also the food was below par.

My stay at Surkhaab White Rann Resort near Dhordo was a perfect blend of tradition and comfort. The mud huts were beautifully designed with intricate artwork, offering a true village experience while maintaining modern comforts. The washrooms were exceptionally clean, with running hot water and all necessary toiletries, ensuring a hassle-free stay. The resort’s evening cultural programmes were a highlight. Watching vibrant folk music and dance performances under the open sky added a special touch to the stay. The staff’s efforts to showcase the local culture were truly commendable.

Quite a pleasant stay, the reviews made us nervous, but on reaching the property it was actually the best choice around the location is a bit inside through the jungle, that might be a concern for some when travel-ling there at night, otherwise everything was quite good

This resort is bit far. It’s ok only if you have your own car. Water pressure in the bathroom is very low. Wall between the rooms are made of wood. So if your neighbours having party then you can’t sleep until party is over. Overall ambiance is just so so. Only time is good is at night and hen local singers are invited. Blankets quality is very low. So please ask for two.

Surkhab rann resort is very excellent place, it is worth of money amd i have wonderful experience in it. I am grateful for it.

Stay and facilities were all good except had noisy neighbours. Actually family rooms have common wall where all voices can be heard very well from another room. So i fell booking at separate bhunga ll be better than family room. Food was good, night programme with fire was also good. However it's bit away from main road but i feel which can be managed if you have vehicle. So everything was good except noisy neighbours.

The resort struggled with basic facilities, as the bathroom was in poor condition with a broken lock, and the water quality was subpar, which the caretaker had already warned about. Hygiene standards were questionable, with no dental kits provided and an incident where a cat was seen roaming near the buffet trying to eat food. The staff’s casual attitude toward addressing such serious concerns, coupled with their inattentiveness (e.g., watching reels on their phones), added to the dissatisfaction. Even dining felt incomplete, with no water being served at the table—a basic expectation at any resort. the overall experience fell short of expectations. The lack of professionalism and care made it difficult to justify the cost, ultimately leading to an early checkout after just one night. On the positive side, the resort did provide an enjoyable cultural experience at night with a bonfire and a local traditional music event, which was one of the few memorable moments of the stay. Additionally, breakfast was satisfactory, featuring tea/coffee, biscuits, poha, puri, and mixed vegetable sabji. In conclusion, while the resort has potential with its cultural offerings, it needs significant improvements in hygiene, service quality, and staff training to provide a comfortable and worthwhile experience. Visitors are advised to be mindful of these shortcomings before planning a stay.

The stay was good. Location was exactly where we needed. Services provided were satisfying. All in all was a good stay with good location and services.

Very very bad. Infact horrible. Don't ever think of staying here. Even basic things were not upto mark. Old blanket no extra blanket for children's. No hygiene. Bathroom were disgusting and room were very smelly food options were very limited.

The property is good. The support staff is also very helpful. But the property location is very remote, almost 2km from the main road.
