Amazing place to stay, a bit deep inside and far from main road, but resort is very well maintained and pool was amazing.

I had an utterly deplorable stay at Dream Resort in Bhuj, and I strongly advise travelers to steer clear of this property. The hospitality culture here is abysmal, completely failing to capture the warmth and authenticity of Kutch. Instead, it feels like a money-grabbing establishment with zero regard for guest satisfaction. From the moment we arrived, the experience was marred by unprofessionalism. The staff, particularly Paras, the nephew of the owner Mr. Mahendra Bhai, was shockingly argumentative and outright rude, making us feel unwelcome and disrespected. This is not the kind of treatment you expect from a resort claiming to offer a premium experience. The so-called "complimentary breakfast" is a complete sham. For a room booked for two people, they provide breakfast for only one, forcing you to pay extra for the second guest. The breakfast itself is a letdown—limited to just poha and paratha. When we inquired about other options, we were told we’d have to pay more, which is unacceptable for a property in this price range where most hotels offer a diverse spread. Room service is practically nonexistent. We waited hours for basic requests, and the staff’s attitude made it clear they couldn’t care less about guest convenience. To top it off, there were no facilities provided for our driver, which is a basic courtesy at most reputable establishments. This resort is a far cry from the hospitality and charm one expects when visiting Kutch. Save your money and peace of mind—choose literally any other property in Bhuj. Dream Resort is a nightmare you’ll regret booking. Rating: 1/5 Recommendation: Avoid at all costs!

I had issue at the hotel They didn’t let me check in because i was local I am new to makemy trip and didn’t knew that local ids are not allowed i showed him that i was married

The property overall is good—clean, well-maintained, and the service was impressive. However, it's located in a remote area, which might not be ideal or feel fully safe for families. During our stay, a few bachelor guests were drinking and misbehaving, which was a bit uncomfortable. If you're traveling with family, consider this aspect. Otherwise, a decent place with good facilities.

Property is good, nice location as well staff is supportive and good but food quality is ok ok... rest pool side n all clean and good

Some amenities were missing from one of the rooms that I had booked, AC was leaking water and TV was also not working. But All this was in one room only, the other room was good. Overall a nice experience.

Dream resort is a beautiful property, but very poorly managed. The catering is substandard, there is no tea or kettle in the rooms, and the bathrooms leave a lot to be desired. The management is poor and the staff very noisy, especially during the night hours.

Over all everything was good except not friendly staff. I fell down and we requested a cart but he said no we can not use it. That was literally horrible. No i can not do that sorry.

Stayed here on our family trip to rann of kutch. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. All the rooms are individual huts and offers privacy through big plant boundary all around the huts. The food was also delicious and staff courteous. They have in-house restaurant and they serve till 11 pm in the night. The resort has enough greenery and you can take a stroll in the property in the evening or in the morning. It is around 11 km from bhuj. Instead of staying at bhuj you can consider this place to stay. The road to this resort passes through bhujodi village which has handicrafts shops on both end. It is a single lane road and around 600-700 metres before the resort is dirt road. If you are coming to this resort at night, then you might think where you have booked the resort but rest assured the property very big and staff is very courteous.

The property was super luxurious with very good assistance and cooperation, food was very tasty.

No proper road to reach resort. All muddy roads. Staff are friendly. But room's ac wasn't checked before we entered. Staff came and tried to repair. But couldn't. As it was very humid, we had lot of discomfort. Had to change room after 1 hr. Food was good.
