Review Of Hotel BhujView

I was not provided the accommodation in the Hotel Bhujview. instead they bluntly asked me to relocate to some other down standard hotel. I reached the hotel and got to know that due to human error they mistakenly ignored booking. Later they shifted me to a down standard hotel which was 4 km away and was located at a terrible location. this is a scam going around

No proper room, room was very dirty, wash room stained badly, TV not working, bed sheets and pillow covers are not washed, no kitchen

No electricity since morning and no power backup facilities rooms are very dirty bed cover pillow cover are not washed properly bad produce coming from bathroom, no kitchen facility, no room service room intercom is not working. Tv not working

The room was clean. The bathroom also was clean. Very near to the main road. No hassle to check in and out. The room size was ok.

Staff is good and humble, when i reached hotel it was almost occupied but as i had booking they upgraded my room and gave me their top most room for which they generally do charge at least 3 times than what i paid for my bookings. All in all, i am completely satisfied

No food available in this hotel, cleaning not up to mark, staff behaviours is good. Location is good, near to smritivan.
