My stay at La Casa De Rann was truly pleasant and comfortable. The staff were warm, helpful, and always smiling. The property’s location is excellent—close to both the airport and railway station. The food menu is also quite extensive and satisfying.

The room was a little small but had a good interior. Food was good. The staff's behaviour was very nice. Overall it was a good experience to stay in the hotel as it is located at a place from where one can go outside bhuj easily to travel to different destinations nearby Bhuj.

I stayed at this hotel recently, and honestly The room was clean, but the blanket was not changed, which was disappointing. What really made me angry was the breakfast experience. When I went to the restaurant in the morning They asked me to sit in another small room with just four chairs and a dirty table I’ve been traveling for the past 5 years and have stayed in hotels more than 400–500 times . The behavior of the staff was unacceptable and made me feel as if I was being treated differently — like some kind of outsider.

The hotel management was themselves confused on which room I had booked and they took me a normal room when I had clearly booked a suite room and the AC kept running off and morning the water was shut down or wasn’t running at all

Room is nice but housekeeping and room services are very slow to respond. Wifi was not working. No room cleaning by housekeeping during my 2 nights stay. Buffet price is high for the food quality and items placed in the buffet. The hotel needs to improve their services fast to sustain competition.
