Amenities & service is pathetic, very small room with no basic facilities as well such as kettle for drinking hot water in such cold weather, tv was not working, smoke smell in the room continuously etc.

We were 3 guests, me, my wife and a 5 year old kid. But they had info about only 2 guests. So an extra breakfast was charged per day. The overall experience about room cleanliness and ambience was worst. Our room did not have any windows.

It was good stay at Shiv Lake. Rooms are small and bathroom also super small but staff was good and cooperative. Cleanliness can be better. Owner of the hotel is also helpful. We have stayed in Lake view rooms but not that pleasing scene from windows, the lake shore was full of litter. Overall budget hotel and good staff and helpful owner.
