Review Of Hotel Shiv Lake

Amenities & service is pathetic, very small room with no basic facilities as well such as kettle for drinking hot water in such cold weather, tv was not working, smoke smell in the room continuously etc.

The room was very small for 2 people and minimum things like health faucet or bathroom tissues isn't there. The water closet looked very dirty and wasn't cleaned properly.

Very bad experience. Breakfast quantity very low. Ac not working. Bad service plz dont suggest this hotel

Hotel location is good but rooms are small in size and ac not working plus they offer only one option for breakfast and it's same everyday. Not worth it to book witu complimentary bf.

We were 3 guests, me, my wife and a 5 year old kid. But they had info about only 2 guests. So an extra breakfast was charged per day. The overall experience about room cleanliness and ambience was worst. Our room did not have any windows.

Property is located at central place from tourist places. Aaina, prag mahal, swami narayan temple are at walkable distance. Hotel is at back of hamisar lake.

The location of hotel is good. Hotel is neat and clean. The behaviour of staff is fine. So far the breakfast is concerned, it's just ok. There could be more variety. The hotel room (super deluxe) is a bit small

Hotel didn't provide service as per our exceptation, didn't provide service, no ventilation in a room, cleanliness was not there, food quality was not good and not suitable for the family. Hence waste of money

Completely unprofessional staff, if you don't lock the door they will just come inside without knocking the door, no kitchen, no power backup, I have no option just leaved Hotel before time.

No parking space. Rooms are not spacious. No Lake view Visited on Diwali season. Too much room cost compare to facilities they provided. Not Worth that much money.

It was good stay at Shiv Lake. Rooms are small and bathroom also super small but staff was good and cooperative. Cleanliness can be better. Owner of the hotel is also helpful. We have stayed in Lake view rooms but not that pleasing scene from windows, the lake shore was full of litter. Overall budget hotel and good staff and helpful owner.

Hotel location is very nice. Temple and Mahals are in walking distance. Staff are very cordial and helpful. Good Hotel for family.
