The photos are different and the hotel is different. We had booked for 1 adult and double bedroom, when i reached the hotel they said it is single bedroom and common bathroom

Ac rooms doesn’t have wash rooms attached. Common bathroom has no space to take showers comfortably, no hangers inside the rooms or in bathroom, no mirrors in the room or in bathroom. This very basic concept like dharamshala only. Not worth to stay at quoted price.

I recently stayed in one of your rooms and had a few concerns. The room was extremely compact, making it difficult for even a single person to move around comfortably. Additionally, the roadside window lacked soundproofing, resulting in excessive noise disturbance at night. Unfortunately, this made it challenging for me to get a good night's sleep.

rooms given to me were not clean, untody bad sheets, without attached toilet, unsafe, unclean parking, poor quality of breakfast. no extra bad provided for extra person eventhough I paid for extra guest for each room.

Property are not clean, location good food average service thirdclass not recommend for next time

The standard ac room has a shared bathroom not a private one. 1. 6k for a shared bathroom and you won't find this information right up when booking. You have to click a few links then carefully look for it in the amenities section. But since this information is listed in the amenities section, mmt won't help you or even allow you to change the room for a price. The hotel owner will charge any unreasonable amount to change the room cause you are now stuck with this hotel

Untrained staff, no manners how to behave with customer, no in-house cafe or restaurant, no any post check out support or help

Average hotel, prices are too high considering the size of the room and amenities of the hotel. Please be careful while booking the room, even the ac room does not have an attached bathroom, and they have charged rs. 1500 for upgrading the same

Please read all terms and conditions which are not highlighted. Important amenities hide under not useful amenities provided by property. The worst experience with *makemytrip* it's spoilsyourtrip. We have to pay extra for toilet bathroom and for tv channel

1. Location in city area but no car parking available. 2. No wifi available. 3. Very small room and no ventilation in room. 4. Breakfast not good, actually hotel not having any restaurant. 5. No following hygiene and safety standard. 6. No good service. 7. Waste of money.

Hotel was not bad for short stay.
