Good cleaned hygiene comfortable stay value for money recommend to friends and family

The experience was terrible. The staff not ready to understand the scenario and nor the make my trip staff is helpful. An error not from my end I still ended up paying double. Worst experience. Never using again

Room condition poor, beds and pillows were dirty, no electric kettles for tea preparation. Breakfast very poor limited dishes which is not of our choice.

Here's a possible response: "room conditions didn't match the rates. Bathroom needs renovation, broken commode, and non-functional shower facets. Cleaning also required. Overall, an average stay"

Unhygienic room. The washroom was awful. The shower did not work. Food was pathetic. Not even worth rs. 1500. Please avoid using this property.

A peaceful stay from check in to check out all the services were upto the mark. Reservation desk is very helpful so does the room service.

Recently stay date 21-09-24 with my family. Overall third class maintance in high category deluxe room. I suggest never ever stay in this hotel because it's worst maintain room. In room in bed in chair in washroom everywhere cockroach. In room in washroom very bad smell like gatter nala smell in all room and specific washroom this is my very bad experience stay in this hotel

Toilets were in a pathetic condition. After informing also staff didn't clear it. They aren't worried about client satisfaction and service. This hotel should be your last option. Don't go with outside infrastructure, check the room before booking.

Excellent services.

The hotel's location is very good in terms of connectivity, not too much deep inside the city and not very far from the central location. Rooms are clean, big and spacious. Breakfast is good with decent options and a good dinner. Staff is courteous and friendly. Overall good value for money combination.

Bathroom was in very bad condition taps and showers not working properly and bathrooms was not clean

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. And good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite.

Hotel was good. Problem of small cockroaches in bathroom & room needs to be solved. Breakfast was good. Housekeeping services required improvement as no towels in the room, tv was not functioning & even after informing them hotel staff could not solve the issue
