Review Of Rudra Imperial Resort

Firstly,the room they offered has no lights and on complaining they changed the room after 1 hour. When we got to the second room there was no water coming in the taps and even after complaining 4 times and waiting for 2 hours the problem was not resolved.

Room and the property is decent but the service is very poor, I have booked for one day stay with including breakfast, but due to the less occupancy the breakfast was alacarte at the restaurant with very less options, the only option is sandwiches and the paratha even when i asked for amlet they told that egg is not available. I spend handsome money to book this hotel but very disappointed, pls ignore to book this resort and search some good option.

Property is very good , located in serene and peaceful environment.Rooms are good and tidy .Check in and check out is very smooth. Housekeeping is good MMT should encourage such properties

i just wanna say it has a really nice and calm view it feels so refreshing you can also enjoy the pool.

Staff of Rudra imperial denied to accept the booking. They have charged me additional 2700 rs for differentials amount as per their tariff . Horrible, very much unprofessional and disgusting.

An excellent stay for my guests at this property .The resort is neat and clean with a very good ambience and a pool. Restaurant is also nice .

Property food was not at all Locations and facility is good property is good decent enough but they dnt have good service and food.

Not good network problems always mosquito,not proper cleaning in the room washroom is not clean so

Overall property is gud, ambience, food, staff only the current reception needs to have a better location with lobby and waiting area

Beautiful property, easily approachable, good food and very respectful staff, specially virat, shivangi and turban guy(forgot his name. Needs an improvement on mantainance of rooms although they are good in size with all amenities, just that housekeeping needs to buckup. All good.
