To begin with the hotel occupies the second and third floor in a building in extreme proximity to a railway line. The light in the room was quite dim and we had to change one of the two rooms that we had booked for the same reason. The staff was polite but the management was poor in service and other related issues. In the middle of the light there was a short circuit in one of our rooms which was followed by a power outage until the next day till our checkout which was at 1 pm. the food was okay but the amenities offered and the price charged were a total mismatch. the bedsheets and the quilt were not in proper condition and appeared to be covered in detergent that is to say caused irritation on skin.
