Firstly,the room they offered has no lights and on complaining they changed the room after 1 hour. When we got to the second room there was no water coming in the taps and even after complaining 4 times and waiting for 2 hours the problem was not resolved.

Room and the property is decent but the service is very poor, I have booked for one day stay with including breakfast, but due to the less occupancy the breakfast was alacarte at the restaurant with very less options, the only option is sandwiches and the paratha even when i asked for amlet they told that egg is not available. I spend handsome money to book this hotel but very disappointed, pls ignore to book this resort and search some good option.

Your stay coincided with the Raksha Bandhan festive period, when we were operating with limited staff and lower occupancy, hence breakfast was served à la carte to minimise food wastage. Unfortunately, the unavailability of eggs, that morning was an oversight, and we sincerely apologise. On regular days, our breakfast includes a wide variety of Indian and continental options such as poha, upma, idli, dosa, parathas, puri-bhaji, variety of sandwiches, cereals, juices, and eggs - made to order. We value your input and will work towards offering better variety and service in all circumstances. We hope to welcome you again for a more pleasant experience.

Staff of Rudra imperial denied to accept the booking. They have charged me additional 2700 rs for differentials amount as per their tariff . Horrible, very much unprofessional and disgusting.

Beautiful property, easily approachable, good food and very respectful staff, specially virat, shivangi and turban guy(forgot his name. Needs an improvement on mantainance of rooms although they are good in size with all amenities, just that housekeeping needs to buckup. All good.
