Mayur Hotel and Resort

Very bad service and food and also staff behaviour, I booked this hotel including breakfast today morning at 8:0am, hotel staff called me he said breakfast is ready and you should come and have it quickly, where breakfast closing time at 10:0 am, he called me three times in half an hour and insisted breakfast it immediately. Otherwise, he would be removed, after i am asked to only idli please serve to my room, after 15 minutes one Guy’s came with full attitude and food keep the table, when when I opened food to eat idli had hair and spider, this type of hygiene and service provided by staff west of money I never visit gain this hotel

Lovely place to stay. It is a resort with large garden and open spaces. Large clean room and clean bathroom. Adequate Breakfast spread. Good service.

it was an excellent stay, The ambience is very good and the staff is very helpful . overall it was an excellent stay. Love to visit again.

No DG back up available, No Kettle provided even on request and on top that breakfast is not at all up to standard

The whole night ac not working , when we complaint thricely to the reception then they come to hear up overall my bad experience , terrible night

electricity cut so many times in night.....demanding 50rs for bathroom sleepers.....services and food quality also very poor.....Disappointed 😞

The property is very good but poorly maintained. The service is also an issue which has to be improved a lot.

location and property was osm service was also excellent and the atmosphere around was excellent i found full of nature.

It was nice, considering the price point the hotel facilities and ambiance is excellent. Really liked the behaviour of the hotel staff specially Deepak Yadav and Manoj, the only issue that I encountered was the frequent power cuts.

Very nice property. Had a comfortable stay. Service is also good. Restaurant food is also decently priced and is of good taste.

Well behaved staff, peaceful and hygienic environment, complimentary breakfast was really yum. The only thing we didn't like is, there was no drinking water available in our room

The resort was clean and spacious. Dining hall was good and staff was cooperative.

I would like escalate this matter in the hotel staying alone with my kid the gm who was not available in the hotel come at check out was intoxicated I have already maid the complaint I don’t want this hotel to be paid and I need my money to be refunded

इस मयूर होटल जो सीतापुर में स्थित है, उसमें हॉट वॉटर कैटल नही है। न ई फ्रिज है और कहने पर यह कह देते हैं। बात-बात पर कि आपका इकोनॉमी रूम है। इस ही होटल में ₹1800/-में कैश में अलग से लिया है। अपने ड्राइवर के लिए स्टाफ है। उसका व्यवहार इतना गंदा है कि मैं कभी भी जिंदगी में दोबारा आने की।

Hotel is good... but very deeply located, they dint even had place to sleep for drivers... very disappointing

Property is excellent, peaceful atmosphere staff is very cooperative soft spoken and food is also excellent. Very good accommodation for stay and for comfort
