Went there for one night with my husband, due to an emergency issue at home (AC was not functioning.
The receptionist's behaviour was rude from the start as if he is doing us a charity in letting us stay, after booking someone from the hotel called and confirmed whether I was married or not, even though the hotel comes under the OYO banner which is advertised to be welcoming to unmarried adult couples. The room we were given smelled of cigarettes from the start (neither I nor my husband smokes, we were not given a 2nd towel and were told point blank that is the hotel policy. We were also not given any AC remote, all ACs are set in one single temperature in all rooms and no guest is allowed to change it. when I complained, they sent in a person who came with a remote, turned the temperature down and told us if the room became too cold we can then switch of the AC from the main point directly but that he cannot give us the remote as it was another strict hotel policy. All in all, a very bad experience.
