Very good facility and good service.

Pros: 1. Room size was good 2. Washroom and room were hygienic. 3. Near to BARC interview center. Cons 1. There was no seperate bathroom, only toilet was there which they combined as toilet + bathroom. So very small space to bath just beside toilet. 2. No market nearby. 3. There is turf beside hotel so lot of noise till midnight if you get side rooms. Overall not recommended. Not upto the mark as per the cost. Only choose it if you have to stay half day or no other choice.

bedsheet were dirty oil stains were present asked to change it. mobile network was not available in room and wifi was not connecting on given password

terrible experience with unhygienic and was not at all safe experience. would not recommend anyone to visit this hotel

Bedsheets were very dirty when I was showed the room , they probably used my room during the time I checked in late. The room was crawling with cokroaches. I couldn't sleep at night due to hygiene issues and fear of cokroaches getting into my ear or nostrils. Washroom was okay but the outlet of the basin is from where these cokroaches keep entering.

The bedsheets were very dirty with stains in the middle and hairs everywhere. They did not even bother to change it. There are baby cockroaches on the floor through surprisingly none of them were on the the bed but still scary to sleep at night knowing they are around and might enter your ears or whatever. The room was overall not clean.

Very basic no value for money

The hotel is located in a very good place. The caretakers and service boys are very co-operative. The booking price is a bit higher according to the facilities.

Its was ok ok the receptionist person named vijay is kind of rude his behaviour and language is bad.

Room is infested with roaches. Asked the staff they replied waiting for disinfectant spray. My whole stay passed without any remedy

We reached the hotel before few hrs like 2-3 hrs. And I wished to stay in the small reception with two small chairs till my check in time. But the receptionist doesn't let me sit and sent me out and told me to come on time. It was so rude. I checked in at 12 pm, The the receptionist was changed and the new one warmly welcomed us. Room was good. but not so spacious as it is shown in pics. it's tidy and I had no issues with the room. My stay was comfortable. I would recommend this place, unless you want to sit for a while in their reception.😁

I booked a deluxe room of size 196 sq-ft for my stay but when i reached the hotel they give me a room of approximately 70 sq-ft for 3 people i said i booked a bigger room so provide me that but they refused to give then i called the customer care of make my trip after a long argument between make my trip and hotel staff finally they provide me the bigger room so be aware and stay away from this type of cheating and keep a measuring tape with you so that you can prove your point and get what you paid for.

Hotel is at good location. Shubh laxmi restaurant just beside it and if u came for barc interview so its jst at 15 min walking distance. Room was average on the basis of price not good small cockroaches are there if u are allergic like me so dont buy service was good they send everything in min if u call. Room was small only super deluxe is bigger than all. Hygiene is not maintained due to cockroaches they should work on it, otherwise its a good hotel with location. I am calling average jst because of cockroaches because i suffered by them

It was a very bad experience staying in royal residency, mumbai. The rooms were very very very very small which can't accommodate even two people. On top of that the hospitality was so poor that we felt the manager and the bell boys were not humans. The mentality of the manager were so cheap that he haven't accepted a simple request of ours. For him only money matters. I would suggest everyone that dont even cross the border of that hotel.

No food service in the hotel, they are taking from outside hotel food. Safety is ok. Rooms are too small, bed sheets not changed. Hotel area is clean

There is a adjacent restaurant. Good quality food available there. There is a monginis cake shop beside the hotel. Atm is also near by.
Full day rent to be paid, even if you check out 1 hr late.
