Worst hospitality, the things that were mentioned in that list nothing was provided no water supply, no plates were given, no drink king water facilities. The manager of the hotel was so rude, no proper signs for hotel, no wifi

Arrangement & behaviour is good. Refund on cancellation, option has to be implemented.

We had very bad experience, as mentioned facilities are no were available, new rooms but water getting logged in handwash n toilet flush, no food facility and services. Not worth for the tariff charged.

Your make my trip location was wrong, even no any staff at hotel, only reception person managing all queries.

Toilet and wash basin was in dirty condition.we checked late in the night,roomboy denied to change the linen when requested as it looked dirty.He replied the linens will be changed next day morning only and told he can give the bed sheets but I have to change it.

The staffs are good room was neat and clean pleasant surrondings

We had very bad experience. Employees don't know how to treat their customers. Very dirty place. No neat at all. Bedsheet and pillow covers having full of stain. After check in we couldn't stay there for long time and we checked out aftr 10 mints stay. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I booked through make my trip. When i was booked it was 12 pm to 12pm. My train arrived at 8 pm morning. Straight away i went to the hotel. He was arguing you are booking was 12 pm. I was requisting. I will pay some extra amount. He is not listening me. The room is vacant. Such a bad experience. I went to some other hotel for making me fresh finished my work. Went in the evening.

Confused to find the location first but the hotel staff helped to find location in call. Premium hotel at that price but power cuts are there. I advice them to improve that.
