Too good location nd stay was too good. Must go

Never book this property if you want to enjoy your vacation. It is such a terrible property and without any POC for any sort of issue that you will face during your stay. For starters AC isn't working, I was here in the month of May and AC wasn't working. Bathroom was smelly. It was 1:50 AM in the morning and there was no electricity in the room for last more than 1 hour. I am here for vacation, not to have sleep less night. There is no one to even check what might be the problem. I have booked this from MakeMyTrip and there was no help from them, a simple response that we will get back to you by tomorrow as property manager is not responding. I waited for more than 3 hours for electricity then in the middle of the night I decided to go back to my place by cutting short my stay. Just imagine the frustration that I decided to end my trip.

Soaps & towel not available , house keeping staff not available at night for any kind of service you do by yourself.

Ambience , food was really good. But I found bathroom issue and even bedside lamp issue. Both were not ok. For which I had to change my room. Also it's a request to include a minimum breakfast in the package. It hardly cost much bucks. Otherwise perfect for stay and hangout.

stay with 9/10 location and 5/10 rooms (6/10 if you're okay with having no privacy) food was 7/10 and no hassle from management

The beach cottage was good. The waiters are friendly. Food is a bit expensive and it is up to the mark.

ac didn't work .rooms were poorly built.cracks all around the wall surface

both ac and fan not working properly. people there are not giving respect to indians. artificial respect my feeling.

It was a lovely stay, right on the beach which was perfect. I visited with my son and it felt very safe, clean and we had a lot of things to do around.

Good location, first shack when you enter the beach. Descent clean rooms for the price you pay. Service can be better. No parking, you have to use public paid parking few hundred meters away.

Sea view room is good, food options can be improved and shacks rates were slightly higher comparatively to services available

Enjoyed alot location is just in front of patnem beach which was very beautiful with coral blue waters we enjoyed alot

It's located right in front of the beach, the property is decently clean. The food is very good and affordable. Waiter's are well mannered we were served with love and care.

All over very bad experience, no power no backup of power, food was very bad, services provided was not good no there to attend the query and concerns.

Place was good and had a close beech view the staff were good and even the food in the restaurant was good too. Only problem is that the distance from the manohar international airport for which i was charged 3500- and from there when i came to north goa the same amount they charged. Except for the distance everything was awesome and looked good. Had a wonderful expereince

Do not go here ! worst hotel we have ever stayed, dirty and smelly and looks like a dumpster. Location itself is pathetic and the guys work there are even more horrible, totally unwelcoming, they forget they make a living out of our money ! water leaking from bathroom, from taps, ac making noise, door is jammed and the list goes on. Berter go to palolem spend a 1000 bucks more and get a decent shack

Do not book the property using make my trip, the cost is extremely high. Recommended to book rooms offline with the hotel staff
