My visit to [Rivercounty] was a truly delightful experience from start to finish. The ambiance was lively and relaxing, perfect for an evening out. I particularly enjoyed the [panner masala], which was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. The staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a great meal and a wonderful atmosphere".

Overall a good stay, calm and quiet environment. So relaxed and river side is excellent. It will be very good, if car parking is available at the resort itself.

Overall stay was pleasant and safe. Executive rooms looked really neat and good, both morning and night views were enjoyable. Kid had fun time visiting farm animals, bridge and water area. Food can be improved.

No electricity backup, worst cleaning service, smelly bed sheet covers and pillows and un clean bathroom, for basic rooms, ambiance wise superb, the view was great, proper service required that’s all

Property was under maintenance. So many peoples from outside was there. No privacy. Room was not tidy. Water connection so pathetic. No generator i think, because electricity gone 2 times.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the village country resort in ponmudi, and it was an incredible experience. This resort offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and hospitality. The lush surroundings, comfortable accommodations, and warm service made our stay truly memorable.

We went as a couple, at first we had a little bit of negative feeling. They had a separate column for stating what sort of relationship people share when they stay there and created a little bit of uncomfortable. Also the electricity went out couple of times. The staffs were having a judge-mental eyes.

Small and quiet place on the vithura ponmudi road, amid-st beautiful greenery and river bank. Rooms are clean. Staffs helpfull. Food is good. Needs to improve room service. No tea/coffee maker provided in the room. Daily cleaning of room should be routinely done.

they ve a double bed room& bathroom, it was neat & nice, i njoyed, i liked night walked out side, it was mind blowing, save nature save life❤️🙏🏻

the property is well maintained. clean and peaceful. excellent for family outings or get together of 15-20 persons. there is a river by the side of it which is beautiful. one can go near and have pictures with the river and pebbles. in monsoon, it is risky. the property office and restaurant is on the other side of river, which makes it logistically difficult for the guests and the servants. they could have set up this side itself, as ample space it available. v good for a picnic, one night stay.👏🏼

Excellent location 7 kms before ponmudi on the kallar river. No parking facility ( almost). Good furnishings, reasonably maintained. The worst part is food- poor quantity and quality breakfast. Cooperative staff adamant sticklers to rules.

We stayed at river country for our wedding anniversary, the place gave us some good memories. The site and its location were excellent. The staff is also very polite and helpful.

Stayed in River County Resort for 4 nights 5 days , initially booked for 2 nights but the stay was so good that I extended it. From reception (which was like I came home) to service (food was exceptional) special mention for Mr. Kevin & Ms Indu. If you want to stay away from hangama of city go to River County. Few issues will be there as Airtel signal is not available. Jio & BSNL have good service. Although free Wi-Fi is given by the management. Must stay if you visit this part of Kerala.

Property is just located by the side of kalar river. One can see lot of peacock roaming around, one can walk down to spend time near river.
