prohibit cigarette smoking inside the hotel

When I booked the room, it was full of cigarette smell inside the room. Then I contacted the front desk staff, and they arranged another room. Overall, it was just an average experience.

Ac didn’t work, after complaining still they didn’t change the room, cockroach even in a folder and everywhere. They want to settle the room service then and there, they wouldn’t add to the room bill.
