you are mentioned and displayed three star and all amenities. sorry to say this is not a Star hotel, below avarage lodge system. only room size is ok but No lift, no facilities, no care taker, no service boys and no suits for family stay. and also you named O Pathanamthitta Hotel there is no board or any display or any indication it's some other name mannil regency and not provided any direct contact number also.
