Property is good and hygiene, location is situated in the finest place. stqff are nice behavior and facilities are good

The rooms are very good and clean. 24 hours hot water is available. There is attached restaurant however did not see any menu in the room (eventhough you can order food on request and the staff told me there is room service), so I could not try anything much from here other than Tea.

It was an average stay, with basic facilities and okayish rooms. We were given a deluxe AC disabled friendly room though both of us are not disabled,but we did not mind as it was a spacious room. The standard AC room is a bit congested. The staff are polite and there is a bar and a restaurant attached to the hotel.

The rooms were very comfortable. Staff was very helpful and polite. It was value for money. Food was made perfect as we request for my toddler. Had a wonderful experience

The stay is good and the hotel staff very courteous too. Food they made vegetarian specially for me. Rooms are clean and neat.

Staff at reception is not friendly, hospitality is very bad, they asked more amount. I have to ask them are you receiving guests who made booking for the first time, had to wait for some other person to confirm the booking at reception. And room boy was asking unnecessary questions like why are you staying here what's the program. Overall hospitality is very poorthey have to appoint someone who can welcome guest nicely

Good returns for paid value

One of the good hotel stay in mannarkad. Hotel ambience and staffs are good. Resturant and food availability to improve.
