Good experience highly recommend good behaviour by staff

Nice location, on-road, clean bed and locality, decent staff.

I am staying for my work. But this place is nice and service is good.

I paid online but I was informed the charge per day is less. Coming to hotel, drinking water was not stored in a clean container as it was spilling. Bed sheet was not clean. Fan was requested in night, it was provided but when I woke up at 2 am, the fan was missing. The staff behavior was not up-to the mark and unprofessional.

If want to book this hotel please make sure you get bottom bed not top one because it's very difficult and disturb other person, washroom very small need to maintain properly book only if you want to stay in Bandra. In Bandra this is best one you can stay rest things are ok.

Due to train cancelled, I booked for stay. My expectation was that it would average kind of dorm but when I go inside the dorm it seems clean, well settled and supportive staff

The AC should run by 24/7. The facility should have refrigerator. These small things will add value and customer experience. The price has been increased a bit but services are still same.

The stay was very good, the property was nice, but it was in the residential area. Rest all okay.

It's a nice dormitory even only bathing services are available near Bandra west railway station.

Location and price is very very convenient for business travelers as they have to stay for night only and the service is quite good as it is a dormitory.
