The pool was clean and enjoyable.
Shower facilities were good.
Service staff were polite and helpful.
The location is naturally beautiful, surrounded by greenery — but guests should ensure they have their own vehicle or a cab, as it’s not easily accessible otherwise.
Areas for Improvement:
After housekeeping, the room often had an unpleasant smell as no room freshener was used.
Basic amenities like water bottles and towels were not replenished daily without reminders.
The manager showed a lack of ownership and proactiveness in addressing customer needs. It felt like he was only attentive when there was personal profit involved, which left a very poor impression
