Behaviour of owner is good and easy to find the location. Nearest to beach and Shree Jagannath Mandir.

i had a horrible experience if you are going with family or girl friend or with female friends, please don't book this place

Room interior was good. The owner is a good person with well behaved.

I had a delightful stay at a charming 1BK house booked through MakeMyTrip. The property was well-equipped with a gas stove, induction cooktop, mini fridge, coffee maker, geyser, and water purifier—perfect for a homely experience. The king-size bed was comfortable, and the lighting was top-notch, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. While the cleanliness was manageable, the thoughtful amenities and power backup made the stay truly enjoyable. A perfect blend of comfort and convenience—highly recommended!

It was a horrible experience . Room & Toilet was very dirty. Also floor very dirty. Very bad smell was coming from the room. The owner not kept a dustbin in the room. It was my first my first and last homestay. But the security person was very helpfull. Please doesn't prefer the homestay at Puri in this property. Very bad experience.

The stay is a bit far but still manages to be a good place. The Jagannath temple is at a walkable distance.

The property is located in an apartment which is gated society and it felt safe. The amenities are as listed in description but the big let down was cleanliness. I stayed for 2 days at the property.

Good mainted, best for couple, family, bachelor, newly built. Ambience is good. Well behaved staff. Comfortable parking for both two wheeler and four wheeler. But according my experience, finding location is a quite difficult task

Nice experience to stay here rajarani studio apartment. Room is in good condition with all the amenities and hygiene. Owner is very cordial with all interactions i have. Though i communicated we will be late for check-out then she told no issues. -ananta

It was an excellent stay at the hotel. The hospitality was quite good especially mars subhashree helped a lot. I would strongly recommend every body to be in rajarani residency to because of the cleaness of the room and hospitality. Hotel is situated 1. 5 km from jagannath temple and 2 km from puri sea beach.

The property was the same as shown on the mmt. It was a newly built room. The interior was soothing and mesmerizing. The owner was very helpful and understanding. Had a good stay.
