Good staff . Neat rooms close to golden temple and market as well

If u wanna stay in a ghostly place, you can welcome yourself to this hotel. Poorest hygiene and looks like old ghostly place converted to hotel. Not at all good for Families, I checked out instantly after 1 hr of check in and went to another hotel. Pathetic experience!

My experience with the hotel staff was not good they were not respecting their guest.

Location is good. But rooms are not clean as shows in pictures. Refrigerator is not working. Room service n housekeeping is very poor. Rooms are not maintained. Tariff is high as per services they are providing

There was much wanting from the hotel in terms of the basic amenities and services expected from a hotel in this range. Only one full size towel was provided in a double room and housekeeping services were unheard of.
