Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a few issues. The swimming pool was more of a showcase than a functional facility, and we weren't allowed to use it despite being charged for it. Additionally, the breakfast was subpar, and the staff's cooperation was lacking. Hopefully, they can work on these areas for future guests.

I recently stayed at this property and, regrettably, the experience did not meet expectations. The swimming pool, which was advertised as complimentary, was not free to use. Additionally, the owner was unprofessional and unwelcoming. The room itself was underwhelming. The hangers were broken, and the overall condition did not match the images provided online. A significant letdown was the breakfast—though promoted as a highlight, it was of very poor quality and far from enjoyable. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the guest experience.

My stay was pleasant in 'quite home. The cozy environment and comfortable rooms provided a relaxing atmosphere. The cooperative staff contributed greatly to my enjoyable experience.

only good part about the property is neat and clean. rest all not satisfactory at all. no proper ventilation. TV is there but no choice of channels. food also not good. at the time of checking they charge rs 1000/- for security deposit.

poor service: very rude staff and we were refused entry to swimming pool for kids that they are not getting their revenue because other guests are not able to use the pool if kids are there and we were told that the hotels revenue is very important than customer satisfaction 🤷‍♀️, they told us to use the laundry room for our driver which was too stinky and to lie down on the floor which was ridiculous, horrible service and please i would not recommend this place to anyone.

The ambience was good. We enjoyed the swimming pool in private. But breakfast fast they bought from nearby hotel and gave it in room which was not hot up to the mark.

Great place to stay. Felt comfortable for family and safety wise also. Along with balcony it was such a beautiful view

Nice hotel suitable for family & group travel. Rooms are big with kitchen and cupboard facilities. Breakfast comes packed to room at 8 am.

Quiet home the rooms are very good. All the staff in this resort are very helpful to us. Great for newlyweds, bachelors and unmarried couples. The beach is one kilometer away from here. We can also rent two wheelers near the resort.

Good: the place is nice and quite and the rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is supportive and friendly. They do not have an inbuilt restaurant but the place they have a tie up with servers great food and is delivered also fast. Breakfast needs an improvement. Food needs to be hot and options should be available rather than one packed breakfast box. Morning and evening tea should be inclusive and not on chargeable basis. Water everyday should be dropped to the rooms without any reminder and most important toiletries should be provided. There was not even a towel available in the room. If quite homes fixes these, it’s a wonderful place to stay. There is a swimming pool but did t have time to access it so not sure if it’s free or on chargeable basis.

Rooms are spacious and maintained neat and clean. Charging separately for swimming pool is to be avoided. Absence of restaurant is a drawback. 24 hours availability of tea coffee should be provided.

Staff has no patience, they don't pay any attention towards customers. For the swimming pool you need to pay 150- head again.

Hi, we booked quadrable family room which can accommodate 5 ppl, but the room had only one bathroom. Also they dont have any restaurant and no nearby restaurants as well in walkable distance. Only morning tea or coffee they provide, that too with restricted timings.

Room was good but hot water was not available. After multiple requests they provided heating coil. Customer service is average.

Was far from pondicherry but it is a big property but they have extra charges for swimming pool which is too expensive after paying for the hotel.
