    Total miss management of bookings in Make My Trip ap

    Hotel people doesn't have basic sense to inform customer if all rooms are sold out and make my trip app is still allowing to book the room. it's purely miss management by property management and Make My Trip management team.

    I recently stayed at Queens Paradise in Pondicherry and had a mixed experience. While the staff was exceptionally supportive and the room boasted spaciousness and good amenities, I found the overall pricing to be quite steep at ₹+ for one night. Unfortunately, the property lacked significant exploration opportunities. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement in pricing and offerings.
