The stay was a very good hotel . Location was good and very close to the market. The room was clean and good. AC working properly. all staff were very helpful . Good ambience . Over all it was a pleasant Stay with my Group.

Good hotel. nice room. AC working properly. The hotel staff were helpful and very polite. The food provided by the hotel was tasty and hygienic. The hotel Q Inn location was really very good and very near the new market area. The hotel room was clean. Staff behaviour was good and very cooperative. The food service was nice and tasty. Over all experience was excellent 👍.

It is the worst experience I have ever had. Behavior of the staffs and receptionist was extremely bad and rude with me and my partner if you guys check-in in night plzz be carefull not save for ladies . Rooms are not same as they look like in photos. Towel bed sheets blanket and blanket cover everything is duty and smelling unhygienic toilet no room available I think is was my wrong decision for to stay at Hotel Q inn now regretting. So Don’t Go there boz we work for money so don’t weste your money Go another Hotel there are many hotels in Bow Bazar

The hotel location was actually very good from railways station’s specially from howrah. The food was very tasty with affordability and also the behaviour of the staffs are very polite and gentle except one male employee from the reception, other than that the location, the room, the ambience, the cleanliness everything was very good

I found on MMT. staffs are very polite and humble . especially food pakka bengali style very tasty . now all the staffs are became friends. whenever I came here I stay regularly. and rooms are very clean and they do daily room cleaning. very happy to stay here

This place was an absolute nightmare. I've stayed in countless hotels, but I have never experienced such a level of unprofessionalism and disregard for guest comfort. The room was unbelievably small, and it was clear it hadn't been properly cleaned in ages. The sheets were stained, and the floor was sticky and dirty. To make matters worse, the staff at the reception desk were incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I went to them with my concerns about the room's condition, I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this hotel at all costs. You'll thank me later.

pictures on the web site are different then the actuals. The customers booked through online are treated as like getting bonus out of total business and providing inferior quality of rooms as well as services. Very bad experience. Makemytrip should maintain its repo by not considering this type of hotels in its list.
