Review Of PURI BEACH RESORT SEA FACING HOTEL

why such property has been adding on MMT.It is under renovation not ready for service.... it's cheating to us.The property is not ready for stay... it's a very terrible experience.Now it trust issues of customers on make my trip.... it's not expected from such agency like MMT.....very poor....last booking on MMT.... good by MMT.....

Easily found location, food very good and services also very good. Hotel located near puri light house.

I am not happy with overall service, when we reached at Hotel, manager is not available also resturant is closed at 9 pm and checkout time is very odd which is mrg 7 am, Not suggest at all to book

Our recent stay at Puri Beach Resort was quite underwhelming and not at all what we expected, especially for a family trip. We had booked two sea-facing rooms for my elderly parents (both above 70), my spouse, and our 1.5-year-old child. 1. At check-in, we were given only one sea-facing room despite our clear booking. After raising the issue, they eventually shifted us to the correct rooms. 2. The hotel is undergoing renovation — something not mentioned at the time of booking. Due to this, the entire property including the lobby and corridors was dusty and poorly maintained. 3. The rooms were not clean and lacked basic upkeep. 4. The geyser in our room wasn’t working and took an entire day to get repaired. 5. The most inconvenient part was discovering that the hotel doesn’t have a kitchen. We had to depend on Swiggy for all our meals, which was highly uncomfortable, especially with a toddler and elderly parents. This crucial detail was missing from the listing on MakeMyTrip. 6. Overall, the service was below average and staff response was slow. This stay fell far short of our expectations. Until the renovations are complete and the hotel improves its facilities and service, I would not recommend Puri Beach Resort, especially for families.

My experience is so bad to stay at puri beach resort. Food room services are terrible . Room are not clean, food plates are dirty

Very bad experience and breakfast in restaurant so vomiting condition, No maintenance done by Hotel Authority minimum last 3 years.

Such an awful experience ever had. worst quality food, management was so poor. oom was dirty, most of the amenities were malfunctioned. Overall bad.

Room given was different from what we had booked. Upon confronting them they changed the room. The hotel had a bad stink.

The hotel has an excellent location with cordial staff and great quality of food. Though the maintenance is an area where the hotel can certainly improve.

Hotel Quality and staff services both are terrible. I would suggest MakeMyTrip to delist this hotel from their platform.

every room bed cover, pillow cover was torn.. no-one came for room cleaning or service.. cockroach was roaming around here and there.. a sticky smell is in the room.. on top of that, restaurant service was pathetic.. if they told it will take around 1hr to serve the food, it's obvious that it will take at least 2.30hrs to 3hrs.. only good thing is the location of hotel.. otherwise it was a pathetic stay

Hotel location is easy to reach beside light house. Location is very nice. You can enjoy the sea from the window of the hotel.Food is delicious but too much oily. Hospitality is fantastic.

The location is excellent. Food was good but a little bit expensive. Service is good. All together I was happy to stay there and I will stay there again when I visit Puri again.
