Room is clean. Property is difficult to find narrow road

Location is hard to find. Narrow road. Room was occupied by other guest and hence we are shifted to other property.

It was a really pleasant stay, although it was little confusing initially to find the hotel. We had to walk to the place as it was a one way street. That a slightly inconvenient. The location was quite peaceful other than that the staff was quite helpful and polite. The food was surprisingly good as well. Simple menu but, tasty food. We really enjoyed the breakfast.

The rooms were clean, And good.

The hotel is located on a 1-way street so beware which side you are coming from. Location is good, staff behavior is good, cleanliness is average, food is average. One can definitely stay here without any worry.

Good stay but it was hard to find out the hotel

Location of the property is really good. Staff was good. Facilities were good except it doesn't have a restaurant. Parking is there. Also, they do not have power backup inside the room. Overall stay was ok but not the best experience. Property is recommendable.

The room was OK but there were some issue in electrical connection.

Police bazaar is very near to it. Two sites are very near.
Room service is worse, rather than the room service the room was clean and tidy.

Inconvenience caused due to the negligence of the hotel reception and horrible breakfast.
Initially we had a good impression. We booked a room for four people with two double beds. But when we reached there they gave us two different rooms with one double bed in each room. Than we went out and when we return to our rooms to our shock our baggage's were shifted to some other room with one double bed and single bed. We didn't like their involvement in shifting our baggies without informing us and than they shifted us to a room where only three people can sleep conveniently. And what to say about the breakfast hard slices of bread with cold tea.

I have booked 2 rooms one for 4 and one for 3 but they provided me 2 rooms one for 3 and other for 3. Bad location bad services, very bad room, I booked good rooms online but they provided me very cheap rooms having no facilities. No room heater, they have given me 1 room heater for 2 rooms on demand. Breakfast is very bad. Rooms and was room was not clean as expected. Unprofessional staff no restaurant near hotel and they also don't have any in house restaurant. They uploaded fake photos of rooms on the web and online booking sites. All good reviews posted by themselves. No one available on reception when you need. No intercom in the room.

Pros- staff was very helpful and sweet. Wi-Fi was stable. Would love to rate the hotel 4 if not for. Cons unbearably noisy environment, staff shouting in corridors till late night. Had to beg them to keep quiet on both evenings multiple times. Crappy shower in two different rooms. Hot water would just stop, maybe continue again in 30 sec. Stuttering. Unstable pressure. Extremely frustrating. Pitiful breakfast bare toast and one single egg per person. Tea coffee orders were messed up on both mornings. Double room is still good value, if you get it for discounts.
