Review: 0/5 ⭐ Our experience at this villa was far from satisfactory. The property, though listed as a villa, is smaller than a standard 2BHK flat, leaving little sense of space or comfort. The kitchen was entirely unequipped, requiring guests to bring even the most basic essentials, which significantly diminishes convenience. Cleanliness and upkeep were also major concerns. The villa was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival, and we encountered cockroaches inside, raising serious hygiene issues. In terms of functionality, the design is poorly thought out—one of the bedrooms has its entrance through the kitchen, which compromises both privacy and practicality. The accommodation is advertised as a 3BHK, yet it offers only two bathrooms, and one of the rooms lacks an attached bathroom altogether. Storage is another shortfall, as there are no wardrobes in the rooms. The swimming pool, while present, is inconveniently maintained as there is no shower facility near the pool area; guests are forced to use the bathrooms indoors. For leisure and engagement, the villa provides no amenities—there are no indoor games, no music system, and no provisions for entertainment, meaning guests must carry everything themselves. Overall, this villa falls significantly short of basic hospitality standards, both in terms of comfort and amenities. It cannot be recommended to travelers seeking a clean, well-maintained, or thoughtfully designed stay.

I had a delightful stay at the property, which was perfectly located. The private pool and villa were well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere that truly enhanced the experience.

Property is not well maintained, hygiene can be better. Bed and blanket has worst smell. Food was really good, people are kind. Not value for money

we really enjoyed our stay. We wanted a peaceful getaway with family and we got that. The swimming pool height is 4.3' which turned out good for us since we had a kid. The swimming pool water was clean, toilets were clean, bedsheets and all were clean as well. The only drawback is ac is not in living room and we need to park vehicle in the main road. The host is really polite. He helped us with all the queries and assistance. We also got to use kitchen and utensils which were available in villa. Would definitely refer this to my friends.

House is not as shown in the pictures.. Rooms and Pool are small in size.. owner is good

Quite spacious yet a compact couple friendly and sexy place to stay for a weekend, the property consist of a Super clean pool for water lovers, overall an excellent place to spend time🔥🔥

Really good stay. We were 6 people and we enjoyed one night. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and night. Best budget friendly stay in Lonavala.
