It was excellent stay and nice with service only there was reach road was in very poor condition

Before entering the property, the contact person did not pick up the phone. And when we went there, the caretaker was not there, then when they came and went to check in the property, they said that the room was being cleaned. So we had to wait for a while to check in. And we checked in, then in the evening after dinner, when we went to the kitchen, there were a lot of cockroaches moving around. There was no hot water facility in 2 rooms. The lights would go off. The AC was not working, when we called the caretaker, he did not pick up the phone. And at the time of check out in the morning, there was no responsible person there to return the deposit.

Decent villa chairs and curtains were already broken and they didn’t gave deposit by saying you guys broke it

property was little bit inside and the road was not that much gpod near the property but the property was good it was worth it staff was supportive

I visited with my family and found the villa very well equipped to handle our every need. Everything was super clean and the staff were very helpful. Would definitely visit again.

The stay was amazing! my friends and i had a fantastic time. The pool was clean and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing. The host and caretaker were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring our comfort throughout. The property was beautiful and had everything we needed for a memorable trip. Highly recommend!

It was a very decent stay, for friends i’d highly recommend it. Although it’s lonavala, so be ready for bugs and insects.

Property is not well maintained. Owner is not present and caretaker is not taking any responsibilities after handing over the villa. There was no hot water despite of geyser installation. Bedsheets/pillows were not clean. Overall good it was bad experience

I would like to share my entire experience which is below average . first the property was very well maintained , now it’s a lot left to be desired ! Firstly there is no hot water , it only comes for 2 mins than goes off , every time the electricity is gone we have to keep calling the caretakers to turn on the generator , there was no watchman at the gate when we came at evening , we had to open the gates ourselves . but the last and crucial point is The Villa Manager - he is rude and incompetent and absolutely useless . This guys needs to be thrown out of the job who doesn’t know to speak with the customers . I recommend strong action against him . Needs to be done to teach a lesson . when I mentioned his villa’s drawbacks he was simply not interested . absolutely garbage of a person that Villa manager is .

1. The stay was worst. No food available. They send a chef who goes at 7:30. Food was not as per requirements. The staff is terrible no one stays here after 5 o clock. They don’t even clean it after requesting. Instead they argue with you. The host mentioned on mmt. Doesn’t pick up call at all. Worst stay worst staff i have ever experienced. This property should be removed from make my trip.

Firstly, the owner was not at all contactable. We called him 4-5 times before going on the trip, sent him two emails and messaged him quite a few times for requesting a late checkout but we did not get any reply, even though we were ready to pay extra charges. Secondly, the location given on was wrong and upon calling the owner up to know the correct one we were again met with no response. Upon further enquiry we found out that the actual location was somewhere 10-15 minutes away from the given location. Next, the villa seemed clean but if you look at it closely, the sofas had nails and hair on them, the utensils had rust and grease, the toilets and the sinks had brown marks, the bedsheets and pillow covers had stains, one of the toilets was even tilted. Along with all this, 3 of us spent about 14,000 rupees so that we can get a private pool to enjoy in but the water was extremely cloudy and dirty with hair and insects in it. when we asked the caretaker to clean the pool up, they just brought out the net and finished the job in 5-10 minutes leaving the water still cloudy with hair in it. we then asked them to change the water upon which they said yes but it was evident that they hadn’t done it when we returned. Lastly, on the day of the checkout, we got called at 10am to return the keys and checkout, whereas it’s clearly mentioned that the checkout time is 11am.

Things were stolen from the kitchen. The pickle bottle was missing and drinks were too. The drink bottle kept in the fridge was almost emptied. This is not at all accepted.
