Yes the place is good but it's very far from Gokarna temple and the way to reach this place the road is not that good The food is good regarding the hotel they need to maintain more as such the place is very nice as the beach is next to the hotel a d very private as mentioned before they need to add more facilities and improve the maintainace

one of the worst experience I ever had. As soon as we entered, there was a big cockroach and the bed was filled with insects flying around. we asked them to change the room, they said all the property are full. They later changed the bedsheets and handed us the blanket which had stains on it. Further, the remote control of tv was not working. The air conditioner was not working. We ordered food in our room, they bought it uncovered even when it was raining outside. Wifi had very low connectivity, when asked they said it was dur to heavy rain, however it was not working till we checked out. However, thanks to the receptionist for helping us out, however his help was not of any use but appreciate the effort he took. We do not recommend anyone expecting some quality time to visit this property. The route to this property is remotely from a narrow route so plan only if you have no other option.

The staff were really helpful, being off season and amidst heavy rains there were only limited food menu options, the wooden cottages were good, but they could use additional more curetted staff for house keeping. Also, they need to work on the restaurant to make it little more comfortable, Nevertheless stay was accommodating.

It was nice property, restaurant service and food is good but room service very bad and not yet clean daily and put new towel we are used single tower for two days and then i asked for toilet paper they are not provided and also not working wifi. Not worth for money

The tent concept is really very bad for the family. Because the tent is not in good quality the availability of facilities in the tent is null. We are paying 3000 for a tent and we get nothing. Prathana stay is so costly. Thank you

Excellent ambiance with decent food

The wood cabin which we had selected was spot on clean. The restaurant services were good and at reasonable price, surprisingly! i would recommend this place even for a 2 night stay, which we did.

Road to the resort was washed away and while reaching the resort was feeling where did i booked but in no time got used to it because of the resort and hospitality. It is beach front. I booked 2 rooms including breakfast. Rooms were very spacious good and very safe for family. I have to mention the restaurant here prepared extremely good food. I had raw a fish and fish curry both tasted amazing. They also customized for our sharad poornima dishes and prayer required kheer. Kheer was really tasty. My parents were extremely happy as the resort gone out of the way for their satisfaction. I enjoyed here for 3 nights 4 days stay. Daily i requested for new dishes and they exceeded the expectations. I visited here from 15th to 18th october. Really worth the money full paisa vasool!

The property is not managed well, including very basic things like cottage doors, locks, bathroom door, lighting on the pathways to name a few things. People visit resorts to relax and enjoy whereas this property disappoints from all angles. Cottage rooms were jammed, locks didn't work, bathroom lacked basic amenities, pathway lights were not switched on till we fought for it, overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Nice experience overall. But food requirements need to be addressed, as only sometimes food is available upon ordering.

Food was fantastic! we loved the hospitality. When we stayed electricity was an issue due to rain. Otherwise worth each penny.

Excellent stay in prarthna beach stay. No sea view from the rooms ( due to trees/ bushes. Sea is across the road. Clean beaches. Room service is good.

Location is okay . Service should get better.. very less staff.. food is okay as long as you don't order prawns.. you need to search prawns as they are very less and small.. btw, you won't get filter coffee there and if you are a coffee drinker early morning, like me.. you will be disappointed as the service starts only by 7.45AM and that too you will get only instant coffee.. its a huge property and it needs better maintenance

Best break from hurry burry life. Best relaxing place near beach. Good food with awesome customer service
