Decent food and average rooms amenities could be improved. Location wise very good,very close to beach and titos lane and taxi service is also very convenient

Okay so the place was good but not the area it was all forest only one resturant was veg and the others were non veg so that's why give it average the room was decent so 3

decades ago this was one of the finest hotels in mhapusa, given the prime location and government subsidies. But currently with less facilities and extremely lazy staff ( non corporative female receptionist) experience was pathetic. I hope the government will look into it. if you don't have absolutely any option then stay here.

Hilarious stay....no cleanliness, leaked taps in bathroom....no electricity as generator was not working. not any single assistance on complaint. I never recommend this property to stay.

No food service available in this hotel including a cup of tea. Otherwise in good location and good.

Actually this property is not a Hotel, its Just a Lodge, No food is available, there is no kitchen,. room were poorly mentioned, in bathroom there was no door holder. after a lot of argument we were provided electric Kettle with one tea satch per Person, per day. As there was no kitchen no question. of room service

Our stay was comfortable,rooms are clean ,24 hours water 👍 peaceful environment,nearby marketing and eateries were good

Very neat and clean hotel and room. Polite and friendly staff. If the restaurant can be started it will add to the comfort since for breakfast or meals we have to go out to have.

Room was ok ok. The service was ok. Has a room that didn't have a view and lastly had asked for an extension in my say for a few hours was told it was not possible to extend by even after staying at the hotel for 4 days

My stay at mapusa residency was very good. I enjoyed the say. The service was excellent.

The room was on the 2nd floor without lift and i had to carry my luggage on my own up the steps and down. The room was dusty. No wifi although on make my trip it showed as facility available. Plug point for charging phone was not working. Only 1 plug point working near the door. Terrible

The stay was very amazing they allowed us to do early check-in early without any hesitation. There's an ac, water heater, soap, towel, tv, bed, blanket are provided, such a nice stay. The main advantage of this stay is mapusa bus stand is very nearby so it's easy access for those who needs public bus service, also petrol pump also very near. It is very big advantage mapusa residency have. So i highly suggest to this stay for those who are beginner to goa. It is very accessible

I had a great experience of just a one day stay. Rooms are the best and spacious as compared to other hotels. Very much convenient to get in and explore other places from the hotel location. The check in and checkout timings are quite favorable.

Location is good, but there is no restaurant and room service.

Rooms are not well mentained, tv there was message to top up the fees, room attendent s are not quick to get a service

Horrible experience. Worst ever hotel i stayed at night only for 3 hours and rushed to airport well before time fungus on walls. Spoiled wooden furniture. Electric buttons you can not touch.
