For your kind information you have booked our facility opting for non AC. And when you enquired about AC after reaching our facility we explained about the extra charges for AC facility what you refused to pay. And in that late (25/12/2023 ) evening we experienced a high voltage issue and entire hot water system damaged.We deeply regrets for this. And the bathroom issue actually not there.
