It was good but i did not get hot water too and it’s very far away from the road. No restaurant is there inside the hotel. Tv is not working. I should not have booked this hotel, less hotel or lodges are there inside the temple or bus stand. Again autos also avaibaliliyy is less

Thanks for your valuable feedback. We will look into matter. Our property is situated just 400 meters away from Main Road and food we offer parcel service. About hot water, we have 24 hours hot water but some times due to water in the pipeline you’ve to waste a bucket of water to get hot water.

Poor Stay

Poor maintenance lot of mosquitos fan controller broken. Will get only warm water not hot water for bath. Lot of flys in the morning in the room they came through bathroom window.

I had booked a hotel at mmt in dharmasthala but they did not give a room and i had already paid the amount too please see to it that my money is being refunded and solved it's really a bad view of point for the first time itself

Thanks you for the feedback. MMT Check in time is 11.30 AM and as per our records there was NO early check-in request from you. We were fully occupied with guests checking out only by 11 AM on the said date and you wanted room in the morning 8 AM for four people. Still we arranged for fresh up and YOU advised us that you'll leave post fresh up. We had rooms for check-in at 11.30 which you didn't want to wait for. Refund is something you've to check with MMT.
