- location is just off the highway - breakfast was good (to be ordered in advance) - green surroundings - good caretaker

So we happen to stay last night and left today in the morning. We were suppose to leave early. But the issue was water. Water pressure to all the taps -cold as well hot is so low, that we got late. The management told us that the water tank was cleaned hence the pressure is low on all taps due to dirt stuck. This reason given was not something which was to believe we felt. It took eternity to fill 1 bucket of 22 ltrs. This got us late for our next destination. The charges on heavy side compared to facilities. With minimum menu. Coffee was milk powder made. Also resort consists of 1 room and a hall. So one guest at a time! it's far 24 kms from shringeri if that matters to decide for other guest.

The resort is clean, decent for mid range guests with large group of families. Its quite lonely place but has great farmstaycation experience. No good in resort and not good restaurants nearby.

There is no food facility in the hotel. Need to travel 5 km to get. Or they will order from there we need to pay extra 100 rs for service charges. Even we didn't get good food

Don't suggest for families, nothing is available

The location is good and the rooms were neat and tidy, food was on the average side, but can understand differs from your home food yo the local one that you stsy and travel

Serene atmosphere, great location and service.

Food was over priced. Menu shows 100 as one item but actual bill they show it as 200 and when we ask that they are telling Menu is old so this is the new price. Taste is not at all good. Do not go for it.

Very nice and peaceful place for nature lovers. The whole property is surrounded by trees and there's a river flowing nearby, and a beetlenut plantation too. The caretakers were very friendly and sweet and cooked us whatever we wanted.

Wonderful stay. Great place to relax and remove all your worries. Neer dos a for breakfast was awesome. Owner of the property is a great person. Big garden to play games, conduct events. Good place to have nature walk, cycling. Very close to dharmsthala. Lunch and dinner is based on demand and request. Near by good restaurants and bar available. Wonderful place

Not so good hotel/resort stay with family

Very good location on highway. Worth for the money. Neat and big rooms next to bank of sharathi river. Ideal location to dharmastha and man-galore.
