excellent stay and hospitality
Rohith was very helpful and responsive , he kept in touch till we reached the location and made sure our stay was very comfortable, well maintained , nearby to the Dharmasthala temple and also walkable distance from Rama temple, there is a small restaurant right next to the stay which has good authentic mangaloree style breakfast , overall the stay was excellent and would recommend to others as well

Not Value for money
Propperty is clean and tidy but this property requires lot of improvement. We were only 2 people. We were charged . But hardly any amenities. Lift was not working properly. Staircase is quite narrow. When so much money is charged they need to provide towel. But no towels. No kettle for hot water. This property doesn't have restaurant, but no facilities if tea or coffee also. Staff is hardly found at the counter.

Dear Mr.Dattaprasad, Please Don’t misguide to other future Guests !!!!! It is not well practise after you visiting Sri Manjunatha Swamy temple 🙏. 1. Lift was 100% Properly working. 2. We provide towels, soap & 2 Ltr water for all our guests as complimentary. 3. Kettle for Hot water with induction stove and Mini Kitchen available every Family Deluxe Rooms Floors. 4. Canteens are available just 10 to 15 MTR Walk away distance. 5. Coffe and Tea restaurant available just walk away distance and on request room service with flask. All your negative comments not holds good and Devatha Residency, Dharmasthala is charged very nominal with best amenities. Clean and neat rooms, very near to dharmasthala temple, good stay for families. Caretaker is an extremely nice gentleman who is proactive to check in with the guests

Excellent Stay
The property is well maintained and in just 2 min drive from the temple. Host made sure we were comfortable and care taker was available whenever we needed him. Rooms are spacious enough and washrooms were clean gave home like feeling, i along with my family stayed here for two days and it was worth spending that much money

Poor Stay
We been allotted in 3rd floor. Lift was not working and has to for 20 minutes to get it repaired. Blankets provided are not enough clean. Also, no dust bin available. Service also very poor.

familyFirst it's not near to temple it's almost 3. 5 km away. And plastic cover was not removed from bed, whole it's making noises and no ac and plastic cover creating rushes and heat was generating. It's not for corporate booking my staff booked based on google reviews but in reality it's not that. Whole night was just passed without having a sleep.

( Hope you are coming first time Dharmasthala Temple and hope you never visited pilgrims place ) 2) Since you are booked Non AC Rooms , same would have provided. 3) 5 G speed wify available, 24/7 care taker available, Location ,facilities, value for money also praised by the Guests. 4) Room rent is 💯 % Justified as no were you get this price. 5) we usually replace high quality spring beds every 3 months, you might have faced with new beds. 6) our Stay is located very close to the nature 7) please note value for money :💰 is embarrassing. You never get this type of hygiene stay for your booking amount at all. Overall never give bad impression without understanding.God bless you always .

Good place to stay
Good rooms clean & tidy, the manager mr srinivas was very helpful. Specified car parking facility was also there. No worries, only thing missing is the restaurant

1)no lift fecility 2) no curtains for windows 3)no attendent to serve at least coffe or tea. We are senior citizens, faced difficulty. Romm rent is not justified when we compare to the facility. We have all-ready vacated

Dear Mr. Krishnamurthy , 1) Lift facility already made and you can observe from photos and you already seen it. 2) Each Deluxe Family rooms for 4 sleeps has Diagonal 2 windows with Tinted Glass with Mosquito net sliding windows. So we have not kept curtain to maintain stay hygiene. 3) Since it is Pilgrimage place , people come for temple visit. Everything including coffee, Tea, and Breakfast Available just walk away. 4) Room rent is 💯 % Justified as no were you get this price. Please note: As I Born and Brought up in Dharmasthala we paid for Single Room one day for myself, my wife, my son when went Inauguration of 1st and 2nd floor around 3 year back as we stay in Bangalore and own Multiple companies We maintain our stay very hygienic and you never mentioned it. We always maintain our stay without any dust particles and with hygiene rooms and bathrooms, YOU don’t have justification to say POOR STAY and rating 2 star . Really embarrassing
