The location of the hotel is centre to Dharmasthala and Kukke temples. You can directly go to Dharmasthala and stay here before going to Kukke next day. The rooms are clean and having basic eminities. The hotel is having both veg and non veg food options. They will provide food to your room on request. There is ample car parking space onsite.

1. Can we talk. Hi team, i never see this kind of worst maintenance for superdulex ac room. No proper cleaning in the hotel. Tv is not working and no fan in bathroom. Toilet also not good. The room window not having proper lock. There are lot dust in the corner place. One more thing people selling alcohol in the respection i was worried. We was looking for family hotel not for bar. Why you guys giving this suggestion. We spent only night stay for sleep then morning 8. 00am i was checkout. I maximum spend only night 10. 30 pm to 8am. So much of worst experience and my family's not at all happy. Why can't call me and talk for sometime.

Regarding alcohol selling, even though we have bar in our facility, which is in different floor and not at all connected to lodge premises. I don’t agree with your point, because that day Bar was closed due Ganesh festival procession going infront of our hotel. That day Police officials patrolling around the hotel and strict vigilance in area where procession going on to control any nuisance. We would have appreciate if you write some positive points like we gave you 3 hours early check in without any extra charges, instead you wrote you stayed only after 10:30 pm, which is false, you have checked in at 11:30 am. Your request to speak with us, we would be more than happy to discuss your concerns further. During our stay when we enquired rooms tariff, we came to know that, we have paid higher rent to you. The entire hotel was empty. You have collected extra amount of rs 750- over and above normal rate. Therefore, please refund excess amount of 750- collected by us

Hotel room is average. Bedsheets and towels are getting smelled. On the corridor people are drinking and smoking though seperate bar available. In restaurent food is not good.

Dear Manoj, Sir you have not not check in. Then how it was possible terrible stay. Our location is 20 km from Dharmastala and 35 km to Kukke Subramanya, placed near national High way at Dharmastala cross. Those who wish comfortable stay apart from temple accommodation in dharmastala and night traveler’s from Bangalore & Mysore prefer our hotel. In your case if not able to check in due to distance I could have approve your cancellation & refund through Make my trip which we have done for lots of guests.
Poor Stay
Room was not cleaned and also ac was not working. Also lots of smokes are coming from windows. Pillow cover was too dirty.
