Feedback: The room stay was not up to the mark. The room was not cleaned properly, and the beds provided did not match the booking description. While booking, it was mentioned that the room includes two king-sized beds, but upon arrival, they turned out to be double beds with limited space in the room. Additionally, after completing the booking through MakeMyTrip, I received a booking confirmation PDF that clearly mentioned the availability of an extra bed. Initially, the hotel staff refused to provide it, but after I showed them the booking document, they finally agreed. I had booked the room for 5 adults and 1 child, but the space was only suitable for about 4 adults, making the stay quite congested and uncomfortable. Overall, the experience did not meet the expectations set during booking.

Our description says , " Two King Beds" which can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults, plus we can provide one mattress which means 5 is the MAXIMUM LIMIT including 1 kid. Ideally, your request should have been denied and you must have been asked to book 2 rooms. Despite CLEARLY MENTIONING THIS IN OUR DESCRIPTION THAT NOT MORE THAN 4 ADULTS PER ROOM PLUS ONE EXTRA MATRESS CAN BE PROVIDED ON REQUEST FOR A CHILD, WE WERE KIND ENOUGH TO ALLOW 6 PEOPLE IN A ROOM , WHICH NO OTHER LODGE ALLOWS. PLEASE REMEMBER YOU DID NOT BOOK A VILLA , BUT A SINGLE ROOM AND NO SINGLE ROOM CAN ACCOMMODATE SIX PEOPLE WITH AMPLE SPACE LIKE A VILLA. WE URGE OUR CUSTOMERS TO RESPECT THE BASIC NORMS. WE ARE RUNNING A LODGE AND OUR RATES REFLECT THE SAME. IF CUSTOMERS EXPECT A VILLA AT THE COST OF A SINGLE ROOM IN A LODGE THEN ALL THE BEST IN YOUR SEARCH

I recently stayed at a homestay in Dharmasthala surrounded by lush greenery, and it was a truly refreshing experience. The location is peaceful, away from the noise of the town, making it perfect for relaxation and connecting with nature. Due to the presence of lush green surroundings and this being monsoon season, there are more frogs than usual.

Stay was descent but no hot water available at room, but will provide bucket of hot water as much required... otherwise the 24/7 service was good

Cleanliness is acceptable, but the seat of the western-style commode in the bathroom is broken. I have informed the reception executive multiple times, but no help was provided, and we continue to face this issue. Also, it was mentioned that accommodation for the driver is available, but it is not. If it is not available, please do not mention it in the description

Dear Sir, Thank you for choosing Deepika Comforts for your accommodation. We sincerely regret & apologize the inconvenience caused to you. The commode unfortunately was broken by one of the customers who stayed there just before your check in. As all the other rooms were occupied, we could not change your room. Also there was not sufficient time for us before your check in to get the commode replaced. We have now replaced it with new one. We appreciate your patience. We have a separate room near reception for accommodation of drivers. Unfortunately, that room was full hence we requested if driver can be accommodated in one of your rooms as there were no females in the room & provided mattress for driver. We understand that this must have caused you inconvenience & thank you for your cooperation. We assure you of a more comfortable stay next time when you visit us.

Can be maintained better
Can be maintained little better. It was just ok ok for me. No good restaurant or food stalls near by. Geyser was not consistent. We went with family and it was an ok ok place to stay. Maintenance of the property and look or feel was average. Could be better if they really think. Not good as we expected. But, okay.
