WORST EXPERIENCE WITH MMT Fraud

worst experience, I have bookoed 3 days back and when I reached olat property for stay , owner clearly told no booking with my name even I have shown them booking id and PNR MMT. and after communication with Mmt they had arranged alternative rooms 2 hr of struggle. and in arranged room no AC ,TV and worst cleaning not done from 1 month . everyday personal hotel staff were using the same room and no washed badsheet, bathroom not cleaned . heavy cherged . I never ever going to book room though MMT in my life and suggest to other also . I want my full refund , and they thing I am going to post on LinkedIn As well. need refund whatever possible.
