Rest Inn

Owner was not accepting the booking at the time of check in saying it's still pending. And denied to give the room. Later after request he agreed to give us room but at the time of check out he again started saying to give him direct money and to take refund from MMT.

people were good,room was okay ,old type and other then that everything is good parking is available so big relief for who ever travelling by own vehicle and compared other hotels price is ok

The stay was good, comfortable weather. Hospitality of hotel was nice and service also nice There is 24×7 hot water facility is available so that's a great thing.

They cancel-led my booking without informing and later make my trip team arranged another hotel(grand kuber, that is also not good no hot water low maintenance and response also not good totally worst experience

Hotel is having either double beded rooms or rooms for the accommodation of four persons. We had booked one room for three persons for two days. How you have booked for we three persons, when there was no availability in that hotel. Can you imagine, how we have accommodated in a double bedded room during our first night. It was painful for us. Ultimately, we had checked out next morning around 11 am, whereas our booking was for second day also. booking for two days from 15. 06. 24 to 16. 06. 24. Checked in on 15. 06. 24 at around 1 pm checked out on 16. 06. 24 at around 12 pm room no 106 was allotted for us.

I booked this hotel through makemytrip. The staff were helpful and friendly, but i found the food, service, and amenities to be average. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the rooms was quite poor and unhygienic.

The property is nice, budget friendly and situated at a good location where you can access anything nearby like a bus stand or restaurants. The property manager is amazing and really co-operative. He treats their guests really well, i would definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a budget friendly stay.

Bathroom poor condition, no proper service, cockroaches inside room no water supply only advantage is nearby hotel. Rest not ok

Hotel did not provide with any services and amenities mentioned. The towel was not given in any of the two rooms, toiletries were absent, we did not even get drinking water for the whole 3 days we stayed. We have to buy it from outside. Room condition was also bad, bedsheets were not the size of beds and were only half covering the bed, other half of the bed was hidden by blanket. Toilet was not clean, drains were clogged with hairs and nobody even swept the floor / dustbin for full 3 days we stayed and it was not swept from previous guests too. Tvs did not work either.

The worst hotel i have ever stayed. Please remove this from make my trip. The bathrooms are not clean. No power backup. Staff doesn’t respond quickly.

Location was fine, but rooms were not good at all and the lock system of the door was very poor, washroom amenities were poor enough

Room was very small, bath room was not good. Provided food as per package, we need to go to another hotel and it's also average. Staff was not that much committed to do the necessary things.

Service was bad. I booked for ac room but they provided ac room which was not working twice. It's their responsibilities to check all are working fine. But they didn't do. I wasted 1. 6 hrs on checking inn. Not good in rest inn

Very luxurious place for cheap price. Loved the design and lightings in the hallway, the room was clean and fresh. The bathroom could have been slightly better but no complaints. Overall, a good experience.

When i reached the hotel my room was not cleaned at all. They made me wait for 10 mins until they cleaned the room. The bathroom was not clean for the price they were charging. There was no water supply for 4 hours and a power cut during the night.

The room was very clean and good they gave the very good welcome to us and the inside the room also it was clean which we are thinking it should be a very clean. More over it was the new year and the hotel was decorated very good and we enjoyed a lot with family it suggest the rest inn to all my friends and family we had a wonderful day at chikamagaluru.
