Terrible rooms, very hot rooms, staff not cooperating, hot water comes only for 2 hours. No towel, if you need, you have to ask

Hospitality and the location of stay was good, room cleanliness and air conditioning was also good but, hot water facility was not there and the stay was far away from the dharmasthala manjunatha swam-my temple.

Not good enough no tv room is not clean for this amout it's not good room is also small no bath tavel no soap

Service response is ok but the expected requirement cleanliness is poor

Please don't book non a/c rooms as it's too hot there. Rooms were average, there were no bed spread, just a plane bed and separate blanket. Washrooms were not clean it was smelling like they have added some powder to clean water.

They took extra 1000 rupees. For the guest who just visited my room for an hour. N also embarrassed me in front of my guest

No proper responce, only morning hot water available, no drinking water service

No television working and no food supply nor people respect

This hotel is 2 km away from dharmasthala and right opposite to ram temple. One of the most beautiful temple i have ever seen. The best part was the honesty and loyalty of the hotel staff. I forget my mobile at hotel room and realised when i was on my way back to bangalore. Mr arif couriered the same and i got it within 2 days. Many thanks to them.

Everything is good expect hot water

The stay was nice here. They don’t have restaurant of their own but you will get restaurants nearby for food. Ganesh krupa restaurant was decent one for food. The hotel is exactly opposite to the sri rama temple which is also a nice temple to visit. Room was clean and hotel staff were polite.

Hot water facility was not available when most needed, mentioned 24 hrs but not provided in need. No food or any service given for the room. Not worth the money charged.
