Good Amenities but Very Noisy & Poor Room Safety
I stayed at Polo Inn & Suites for three days with my family. The hotel offers good amenities like an in-house spa, rooftop bar (Knighthouse), quality food, and courteous staff. The team was helpful with cab bookings as well. However, the biggest issue is noise inside the rooms. Every time someone entered the adjacent room, the door noise was so loud that it felt like someone was stepping into my room. This continued throughout my stay — daytime rest was impossible, and even at night, noise went on till 2 AM. The staff, though polite, seemed to lack professional training. Another major concern is room safety. There is no latch from inside — only a card lock, which feels insecure as it can be opened with a master card. This creates a genuine fear of someone entering without permission, even by mistake during cleaning. Overall, the setup is nice, and it might suit bachelors or casual visitors. But for families looking for comfort, safety, and rest, this hotel falls short.

Excellent Stay
I had a wonderful stay at beautiful hotel. The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to key attractions and markets. The breakfast buffet with a great mix of local and continental options. Rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all modern amenities. The staff was polite, attentive, and made sure everything was comfortable. Overall, a great experience with excellent service, food, and value for money. Highly recommended!

Terrible Stay
Rooms were worst… I got itching all over my body There was no geyser in bathroom It was stinking like hell Car was parked by valet person… something fell on car.. something sticky … as we shared with hotel they said we are not responsible for anything.

Excellent Stay
Polo Inn rooms are spacious and clean, Staffs are very polite and helpful. Has it's own restaurant and a rooftop clubhouse. Breakfast served is more than sufficient. Overall experience really good.

Location wise perfect. near by attractions wise perfect. Hospitality was perfect. Welcome and attending luggage wasnt upto the mark. Rest room were quite well maintained. Food were all perfect

unpleasant stay
Even though the location is good with average amenities, poor communication among staffs made our stay unpleasant. No comment on food as we never had in the hotel during the period of stay. The contact details given in MMT are either wrong or not of use as it does not connect directly to the hotel reception per se.
