Review Of Pinnacle Grand Hotel

AC was not working properly. I Reported multiple times . Technician visited but didn’t worked AC till check out time next day . Reception ladies not accommodated check in even at 12 O’clock . Finally dropped the luggage and checked in the hotel at evening after college work at 6:30 PM. Even after that wash room door was not working . They fixed it after reporting . They are least bothered about the problem. Next day Sharp 10:00AM asked me to checkout from the hotel and not allowed any additional hour. I will not recommend anyone to stay unless there is no other option.

Stay at Pinnacle Grand Hotel was really good and the staff is very cooperative over there. The only suggestion I would like to give is that they should have more options for breakfast.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and the room was spacious and well-appointed.

Bathroom is very very narrow and congested very bad experience midnight fire accident happened their there is no automatic alarm it’s manual we escaped from building

One of the best hotels for comfort stay. From cleanliness to food to room service everything is very well taken care of. The food is also very good. The rooms are spacious and clean. Definitely worth staying in this hotel.

Property’s location is in nice place,facilities are good except their checkout time

Location and Food are good and services are satisfactory. But bathroom was stinking and water pressure in the taps and shower was extremely high and not bearable on naked skin.

I had a wonderful experience .The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. First and foremost Makemy trip does not mention anywhere that this hotel is a VEGETARIAN hotel.. We have been fooled when we arrive at the hotel and get to know that NON VEG is not allowed. The hotel people said that complimentary breakfas was not included in my package. I had booked an complete package.
