Review Of Pellicon Beach Resort

i have book the resort two days including breakfast... but resort not provide the breakfast and not refund the money.

Cleanliness - Negative Vibe - Negative Food - Negative Room space - Nice Bed - Negative Bathroom - Negative Private beach - They have but they are not maintaining the same. Connectivity to other places - Positive

Somehow I managed to stay there for 2 nights however I booked it for 3 nights and after the second night I changed the hotel. We even felt scared talking to the staff. Strange noise coming at night. And felt unsafe. Not even clean.

rooms worst, washroom worst , food worst all things are Worst there and price very high 😡😡😡😡😡.., and near resort rooms are very good with less price

Nice location and staff is polite but facilities in room are average. Over all good experience.

Location is very Good, Services are very good, Deluxe rooms are costly as per the room amenities (TV not working, room size was okay but as per the cost it should have more amenities and cleanliness

You cannot call it a hotel rather it is a pool of few rooms where you will get only room with ac which cannot cool your room below 30 degree, tv will not switch on, no restaurant, no intercom, for room service call on mobile given if network allows or if they pick up or if it is not switched off else go out of your room and find someone. Don’t see photographs has put on how a tourist can imagine a hotel with such ac with frequent electricity cuts, without restaurant without/hardly available room service. If you ask someone you find there for food based on a menu available in the room, you will get your food brought in polythene like you get your order from zomato or swiggy.

Good service and the room is also clean, best beach views from the resort.

Worst from. No service. Lizards, spiders in room. Broken doors, crackling floors. Worst experience ever. Over priced room. Didn't deserve that much charge

There was no intercom in room, interior work was average. There was no proper lighting and sitting arrangement outside.

Staff were not helpful....cleanliness was not Upto the mark and the resort was not in a good condition....food was not good in a taste also.

It was terrible stay. The resort was dirty. There is no in house resturant and no proper room service. For the price the resort is expensive. Better option is available is lower price. Please don't waste your money.

Basic amenities are missing. Dirty washrooms. No inhouse food option available the restaurant they have tied up with was not at all good. Breakfast is only poori and aloo sabji with not so good quality. Some of the lights were not working. Water stopped during the bath. Overall experience was bad when compared with the price they were charging.

Service was very poor, as my break fast was complimentary, the quality of breakfast was very down graded.

Deluxe rooms are so so. Toilets in pathetic state. Luxury rooms are fine and toilets much better than deluxe rooms. Property is very well located but unmaintained. The owner seems to be not interested in proper maintenance. No lunch and dinner service. Resort is maintained by skeleton staff running whole day trying to meet ends. Hats off to lino madam and devoid for their relentless efforts to keep guests happy. Onus is on the owner for the present condition of the property

Experience is not good for each things you need to follow up even towel, water etc breakfast also.

all very good location and beach for swimming vey good. Maintenance not upto the mark, some staff required, lady receptionist of manipur vey humble and support staff also very helpful

Please don't go to pellicon, they just loot you, i first ever experience in almost 15 year hotel stays, if u go u will regret. Everywhere rotten fish smell, garbage at the every door, and high cost,

The room service very poor and we have to wait for a check in. Moreover, they are not able to serve breakfast in time. We are vegetarian and they prepare non-veg breakfast for us, this is very disappointing.
