Review Of Pears Garden Royal Suite

I am sharing my experience from the recent stay at this hotel. I checked in with family last week. It was one of the worst experience we ever had.. The attender He showed us a partial screenshot of the booking and said that one of our pre-booked room was cancelled.. He was either asking for more money or suggesting that the second room would be given to someone else. To make matters worse, the hotel did not provide any sleeping arrangements for the kids. There was no option to add extra beds or mattresses, so we had to pay extra, which were old, uncomfortable, and in poor condition. All the blankets provided were unwashed and damaged. This was a very bad experience that ruined our holidays. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone

They have 4 different properties there and they show the pic of their best looking bungalow and then you don't know what you are getting. Though the room layout was good, it was not well maintained and there was water logging in kitchenette sink when you try to use it. There was also bathroom sink tap not well maintained. Getting food there was hard. If ordered, everything would come almost cold. They didn't have enough plates/spoons/silverware. The location was hard to get to and had lots of issues with arranging cab

The stay was really wonderful we had great fun and enjoyed very in the homestay great stay with family and friends

The photos and rooms r not same there it's confusing which one we booked the saty is not satisfied and room also not have much more view

There is no response from employees and no guidance from the staff and food is very difficult to get this location

Everything was perfect and there is no such negative feedback from my side. All of them from my family enjoyed the stay.

It was a homely place, secluded from city hustles. Caretaker mohd was kind and caring. The rooms were spacious and the home made food was good.

We have visited to the hotel at late night, the care taker was very cooperative and guided minutely, well mannered and best guided, felt like homely stay. Though canteen facilities not provided to my choosen suit but the doorstep delivery was hygienic and time bounded with quality and quantity maintained. Over all homely atmosphere and photogenic. A two day stay is memorable one.

The location of this property is good. Viewpoint also excellent. There was no restaurant in nearby area is the only minus.

Its located away from main road, feels very isolated. Rooms were ok. Living room was small with sofa and dinning table

As friendly as it is to our pockets, more wonderful is the friendliness from the staff especially sabik, he was too helpful and made sure we reached safely even though it was 11 50pm by the time we reached! thanks and can't wait to visit again

Care taker was awesome. Approach route is horrible, have a hummer with you to travel through. Rooms were okay and food is the one difficult thing you can find there

Very clean and secured but took little bit time to find it. One all good experience. I suggest not to take breakfast from here, they will charge u unnecessary

Good and clean rooms in a peaceful area about 4km from the bus stand. Good view from terrace and balcony.

Place is a bit isolated from Kodai center and road leading there is in very bad condition. Better to go by own vehicle or hire one beforehand. No transportation modes available near hotel. Having said that, stay was comfortable. Hot water, clean washrooms, diligent caretaker. Food is said to be homemade and it actually tastes as such - simple and good, but we need to notify them well before the lunch or dinner time.

I have stayed their with my friends. Good and peaceful location, food is available easily and they can arrange vehicle for sightseeing for an affordable price. The host is very friendly and any time available kinda person. Worth staying.
