There was no electricity when we reached the place after a very hectic journey due to the worst condition of the roads. Room service was poor. The person who had a talk with us was an agent and not the onwer. There was no match with his conversation and the property standards. The per night cost was too much as compared to the property standard.

Property's location was good. Food is good but cooking can be done in a better way. Hot water availability is a matter of concern. That could be better. The scenic beauty covers up all the loopholes

Location is good to feel the nature but difficult to reach by road due to road condition. Lack of staffs at the homestay caused services to get delay however the existing staffs did their best. Amenities are not well maintained.

Mr sandip, the manager of the property, is a wonderful person. He is very helpful and the property is also very well maintained. Few things you have to keep in mind while coming to rishop. It is an offbeat, somewhat secluded place, away from hustle and bustle in the lap of serene nature. So the amenities are expected to be basic. Some roads are not in good condition so better to come with a car with high ground clearance ( like innova or bolero)

The location is secluded, the rooms are good and the home cooked food is very good. Great place for birding. It was a great stay, good place away from hustles and for peaceful birding.
