Review Of Park Inn By Radisson Gurgaon Bilaspur

Hit water not available as first hotel staff say's try for sometime and it Will be hot and I wasted 15 minutes and even after staff coming to the room it didn't help.

Food was OK but some items were not fully cooked. Washroom apace was very less and issues of water drainage

It was really a wonderful experience staying at this property. Property is situated at Delhi Jaipur highway which makes it easily accessible. Ordered some snacks in the evening. Pizza was really awesome. Breakfast was great. Staff is also very helpful. On the whole, it is 10 out of 10 for this property .

On the basis my earlier experience of staying in the same location; In totality it’s a GOOD location in all aspects

room and service is very good but they have charged for drinking water as well which is too much costly (INR 125/bottle). this has to be improve as there is no water bottle inside the fridge and order cold water bottle too much costly.

Although the property is nice. Food is very good, staff members are very cooperative but they have not upgraded the basics. LCD are of older version, swimming pool is not clean, kids area is not much happening.

This property is located on a very convenient location. Ambience and food are awesome. Staff is very polite andcooperative

Dinner food was stale & very bad smell specially mutton rogan josh & paneer. Will not recommend to anyone to try it

no electricity at the hotel during the stay , already raised this issue to the make my trip , they didn't even bother to give resolution to the guest

Property hygiene and standard was not according to price and also by the tag of raddison… Country inn is also by radisson but there is huge difference between park inn and these… Neither the food was good, what is this benefit of booking buffet when we have 2 options of eatables. Didnt like the stay overall..

Request to add smart tv instead of dish, plus the room lights weren’t working properly and Ac cooling was also not upto the mark. The location is a little off from the city centre, little bit risky if anyone is travelling at night

The beds were very low quality and they were like bunk beds of a bacchelourate and the tea was overpriced and underwhelmingly distasteful. At check in we inquired about the spa but no service was provided even after a few more times. The breakfast was very old and agreed the muesli was pungent and the vegetable saute was undercooked and the accommodation was understaffed.
